All card payments are securely processed by the relevant external payment provider. ZEN Mobile does not directly store or process your full payment card details.
Depending on the customer’s country, order value, eligibility and the services made available by our payment partners, customers may also be offered a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment option through an independent third-party provider.
The availability of Buy Now, Pay Later services is determined exclusively by the relevant payment provider and may vary by country, customer and transaction.
Any Buy Now, Pay Later agreement is concluded directly between the customer and the relevant third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s own terms, eligibility requirements, credit assessment, privacy policy and repayment conditions.
ZEN Mobile does not guarantee that any particular payment method, including Buy Now, Pay Later, will be available for every customer or every order.
